Combines a technical background in software development and implementation in the Capital Markets with detailed experience in trading and clearing gain from working with UBS bank, LIFFE exchange and the LCH. David Ford
David is an expert on all aspects of commodities and derivative products with a particular focus on energy. He has over 27 years’ experience of the markets having previously worked with the London Stock Exchange, the Intercontinental Exchange, the International Petroleum Exchange, LCH.Clearnet, NYSELiffe, and NYMEX. Projects have included: Product development and marketing; designing an OTC clearing service; designing futures contracts for the coal markets; and advising companies on price risk management issues.

Eric Pezet is a Capital Markets consultant with over 30 years professional experience advising financial institutions on capital markets modernisation. Mr. Pezet’s expertise in finance combined with his capacities as a facilitator have resulted in the successful implementation of multiple transformational projects. Since 2010, Mr. Pezet has provided advisory and consultancy services in Middle-East, Africa, Europe and Western Asia, in areas such as; proposing a set of reforms aimed at improving the overall efficiency and developing the activity of stock exchanges, including implementing a local Capital Market Authority and modernizing the capital markets institutions (stock-exchanges, clearinghouses, SSS, CSD) including an upgrade of the entire IT solution to allow the institutions to reach international standards.

She has held management positions at Exchanges including IPE and ICE and Clearing House, LCH.com, in roles with a strong delivery and customer focus. These roles have included business development, compliance, sales and marketing, risk management as well as accountability for the business’s P+L.
Peter Stuart
Peter is an LNG and gas pricing and policy expert with over 30 years’ experience of oil and gas market analysis. He provides training and consultancy on energy market fundamentals and pricing through Resource Economist Ltd. Peter is also a director of Interfax Europe Ltd, and chief energy analyst at Interfax Global Energy. Key skills include: econometric research on oil and gas pricing; market analysis and reporting; and advising governments and regulators on oil and gas pricing structures.
Patrick Heather
An internationally acknowledged natural gas expert specialising in trading hubs and markets. Patrick is a Senior Research Fellow with the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies and has published a number of natural gas and trading hub reports. Patrick has established and managed gas trading teams for a number of UK energy companies and has also acted as commercial director for a Qatar/Exxon LNG JV。
